Samsung Monitor Dead Pixel On First Day
I purchased a Samsung monitor on 04.02.2026 and noticed a dead pixel problem on the screen the same day I bought it. From the first use, this defect has been clearly visible and affects my experience with the product. I contacted the store/Samsung customer service about this issue. I was told that the customer must personally take the product to the service center. I do not accept this, because the product was defective from the day of purchase and I do not think I should deal with transportation and service processes for a product that arrived faulty. In this situation, I request that my Samsung monitor, which has a dead pixel problem from the first day, be either refunded or replaced with a new, faultless product without putting me through any additional burden or victimization.
Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for getting in touch. In order for our solution center to contact you, we kindly request that you provide us with your first and last name and contact information. Sincerely, Samsung Electronics Turkey

I experienced a dead pixel issue on the Samsung G5 VA 27"" QHD monitor I bought from the Media Markt Levent branch. I noticed the problem on 04.02.2026, and when I contacted Media Markt they said it would be picked up by a courier and sent to service, but the mentioned Ranger Courier company turned out to be fake. Only one phone call was made; they said they would get back to me, but no action was taken. Right now the brand does not want to deal with the issue, and the process is stuck in an indefinite waiting phase.
There has been no development regarding the issue.
Even though the Consumer Arbitration Board ruled in my favor, Samsung is not granting a replacement approval. They say the reason is that I must leave the product at a service center they request. I will file an enforcement application.
As of today, Samsung still prefers to remain indifferent. The process is being deliberately prolonged.
As of today, the notice for the enforcement case I opened reached Samsung yesterday. I hope they don't hand over any of the product or payments because a very solid lawsuit file has been prepared; I'd be upset if it goes to waste.
