Samsung UE50TU8000UXTK Model TV Doesn't Work Again!

I have been using a Samsung UE50TU8000UXTK television in Istanbul, Türkiye, for 4 years, and I am very disappointed with the problems that keep repeating with this device. For the last 2 days, the TV turns the screen on and off every second, only the Tizen logo appears briefly, and then the screen goes black again, and I cannot use the remote or access any menu, so the TV is completely unusable. This is not the first time I have had trouble with this TV. Two years after I bought it, it had another problem, and the service came and repaired it. Now, again, after about 2 years, a new fault has appeared. The fact that similar problems repeat almost every 2 years makes me think that this series has a chronic problem and that even if it is repaired, another issue may occur again. I contacted Samsung customer service about the current fault. They told me that since the warranty has expired, I have to pay a fee both for the service to come to my home and for any possible repair. I am willing to pay the service visit fee, but I do not accept paying for the repair itself on a product that has had repeated faults in such a short period. My main expectation is that Samsung acknowledges that this model has recurring issues and offers me a solution that will not cause me new problems again. Ideally, I would like my television to be replaced with a different model, as I have lost confidence in this series due to recurring faults. However, since I assume this may not be accepted, at the very least, I request that the current fault be repaired free of charge, without any repair fee.
