Samsung S23 Ultra Screen Randomly Black Warranty Refused

I am using a Samsung S23 Ultra that I purchased from A101 online store in February 2025, and whose invoice and warranty are still valid. On 2 February, the phone started to have a problem where the screen randomly goes black during normal use, without any drop, impact or user error. Because of this issue, I sent the device to the Samsung authorized service. Although there is no impact, dent or scratch on the phone, the service informed me that there is an impact on the device and treated the problem as if it were due to user damage. I do not accept this assessment because the device was used carefully and the problem occurred on its own during normal use. I request that my Samsung S23 Ultra be repaired free of charge within the scope of warranty due to this screen blackout problem, and if repair is not possible, that the device be replaced with a new one. I kindly ask for the situation to be re‑evaluated and for my victimization to be resolved as soon as possible.
