I bought a gray Samsung refrigerator, and I strongly advise others not to buy it or recommend it. The fridge is getting worse over time, with the exterior surface becoming full of holes. When it was still under warranty, we called for service, and they claimed that we had used chemicals on it, which is not true.

The problem has continued to get worse, with more and more black spots appearing every day. Even if chemicals had been used, they would at most leave marks—they would not cause the outer metal surface to develop holes.

Now that the warranty has expired, we can no longer take action, otherwise we would have filed a complaint with Consumer Rights authorities. I am sharing this so others can be aware—do not buy a gray Samsung refrigerator.
