Samsung Q8F TV Back Panel Coming Apart After Purchase

We purchased a Samsung Q8F model television at the end of December. However, before we were even able to properly use it, we noticed that the back panel of the device had started to separate/open up. Experiencing such a problem with a brand-new television that is marketed as a premium product has created serious disappointment and a lack of trust in the product’s quality and durability.
While our LG television, which we have been using for approximately 15 years, is still working flawlessly, it is absolutely unacceptable for this newly purchased Samsung TV to reach this condition in such a short time. This clearly indicates a serious issue with the product’s material quality and workmanship, and it has completely shaken our trust in the brand. It is difficult to understand how a television purchased at this price point, relying on the brand’s reputation, could turn into such a disappointment. We cannot accept that a product in this price range is built so poorly.
So far, I have not officially contacted Samsung. However, it is quite clear that the issue is not caused by user error but rather stems from a manufacturing or material defect. For this reason, I no longer wish to use the product and request a full refund of the amount I paid. I expect my grievance to be resolved quickly, fairly, and with a customer-focused approach.
