Amazon Subscription Refund Request – Charged After Cancellation
I had a subscription to Bio Roots turmeric that I purchased through Amazon, which I requested to cancel around March 15. Despite this cancellation request, I still received another shipment and was charged for it after the date I canceled. When I contacted customer service, I was told that my subscription was indeed canceled, yet this additional shipment was still sent. This situation has caused both confusion and inconvenience, as I trusted that the cancellation request had taken effect and would prevent any further deliveries. I request a full refund for the last, unwanted shipment that was sent after my cancellation and confirmation that no further charges or shipments will occur under this canceled subscription.
