Samsung Galaxy A34 Randomly Shuts Down With High Battery

Over the past 1–2 weeks, I have started experiencing a serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy A34. The device randomly shuts down during the day without any warning. For example, even when the battery is at 90%, the phone suddenly turns off, and when I am able to turn it back on, I see that the battery has dropped to around 40%. In some cases, the phone shuts down again as soon as the screen appears, and I have difficulty turning the device on completely.
Seeing that other users who experienced the same issue reported that the problem continued even after a battery replacement makes me believe this may be a widespread or chronic issue. The fact that this problem started shortly after my warranty expired in September 2025 makes me feel even more frustrated, and I no longer feel confident using the device.
I request that Samsung investigate this issue, which appears to be a recurring defect, and provide a clear and permanent solution. If necessary, this should include a free repair or device replacement in a way that does not disadvantage users whose warranties have only recently expired.
