Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Shows Green Line After Update

I had been using my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra SM-N985F/DS without any issues for a long time. About 15 days ago, a green line suddenly appeared on the screen, even though the phone had not been dropped or damaged in any way. In addition, after the most recent software update, the device has become almost unusable. Mobile data does not work, there is no cellular signal, I cannot make calls, and I receive a “Not registered on network” error. People who try to call me cannot reach me either. I can only make calls when Wi-Fi calling is enabled. I cannot make or receive calls through my regular carrier line.

Despite calling and messaging Samsung’s authorized communication center and service department at least 10 times, I keep receiving the same response: I am simply told to “reset the phone” or “turn it off and on again.” Even after performing a full factory reset, none of the issues have been resolved. The green line remains on the screen, and the signal and mobile data problems continue. Nevertheless, no further support, solution, or responsibility has been offered.

Since the latest software update, my phone has essentially become useless. I am experiencing serious inconvenience because I cannot communicate when I need to, due to the lack of cellular service. They also say they will call me back, but because of the signal issue, I am often unreachable.

I believe that the screen defect and the network and mobile data problems that appeared after the software update occurred without any fault on my part. Therefore, I request that my phone be repaired free of charge, or replaced if necessary, and that all issues caused by the problematic software update be fully resolved. I want my grievance to be permanently resolved without any further delay.
