If your Royal Match chat was disabled owing to an age restriction, which is frequently caused by inputting an inaccurate birth year, there is no in-app solution to restore it.
Many players have reported similar concerns, such as inputting a recent year during a prompt, which resulted in chat being permanently deactivated.
To address this, please contact Dream Games support directly. Visit dreamgames.helpshift.com and click "Contact Us" in the upper right corner.
Provide your Player ID, describe the circumstances, and request a manual age verification to regain chat access.
If the problem remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness about the issue and inform others.
