Request to Remove Royal Match Chat Ban

Today in Royal Match, I received a notification stating “violation” and was given a chat restriction. The system only displays the word “violation,” and no further information was provided about which rule I supposedly broke or why I was penalized.

I believe it is unfair to block my chat access without any prior warning or detailed explanation. Without knowing which specific message or behavior led to this penalty, I have no opportunity to defend myself or to understand what I should avoid in the future.

I request that Royal Match remove my chat restriction and, if possible, provide a clear explanation of what this alleged violation was based on.
