My Royal Match Chats Are Disabled

I play Royal Match on my iPhone and recently experienced a problem with the in‑game chat feature. After I joined a team around 16 March, I realized that my chat was disabled and I could not communicate with other team members. Because I was unable to use the chat, I eventually decided to leave the team. I do not know the reason why my chat was disabled and I have not received any warning or explanation in the game. I also have not contacted support before about this issue. I would like my account to be checked to see if there is any mistake or restriction on my chat, and I kindly request that my chat be reactivated so I can join a new team and communicate normally again. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this happened so I can avoid facing the same problem in the future.
