Royal Match Account Chat Access Removed Unfairly

Since 2024, I have been completely blocked from using the in-game chat feature in Royal Match. My chat function was disabled without any warning, explanation, or stated reason, and I am currently unable to use chat at all.

I contacted in-game support and the relevant authorities about this issue, but no one has helped me, and I have not received any clear information about why the restriction was imposed. I enjoy playing the game and want to use the chat feature in accordance with the rules.

I request that this chat restriction be reviewed and, if it was applied unfairly, that my chat access be restored.
