Got Chat Banned in Royal Match Despite No Offensive Language Used

About an hour ago, while chatting in Royal Match under the username “Suskun yüreğim”, I was banned from the chat system without reason, even though I did not use any offensive or inappropriate language. I have never experienced such an issue before, and my account was restricted without any warning or explanation. I have not contacted customer support yet, and I also haven’t received any notice or message regarding the restriction.

I request that the chat ban on my account be lifted and my access to in-game communication be restored as soon as possible.
