Please Unlock My Chat

Hello Royal Match support team, I am an active Royal Match player and about two weeks ago my in‑game chat was locked. I do not spam, write useless messages or change teams frequently, so I do not understand why this restriction was applied to my account. My user ID is 4CW4N*** and my username is “pramod pkp”. I log in from a Moto G22 mobile phone. I kindly request that you review whatever action was taken on my account and unblock my in‑game chat, or at least inform me clearly of the reason for this restriction if you decide to keep it in place.
