Royal Match Chat Ban Prevents Team Communication

My Royal Match account has had a chat ban for approximately five months. I am currently at level 14,601 in the game and have invested a lot of time and effort into it. I created my own team and made many friends, but because of this chat ban, I am unable to communicate with my team members and friends. My in-game account name is B****, and my account ID is 2xxfaskm.

I believe the ban may have been caused by a message I typed on the keyboard being interpreted as inappropriate. However, I absolutely did not engage in any malicious, insulting, or offensive conversation. Despite this, my chat ban has remained in place for a long time, and this has significantly reduced my enjoyment of the game.

I have repeatedly tried to contact the Royal Match support team through in-game support and other channels regarding this issue, but I have not received any actual assistance or a solution.

I request that the chat ban on my Royal Match account be reviewed using the account information for B****, ID 2xxfaskm, and that the ban be removed if it was imposed unfairly. I would like my account's chat functionality restored so that I can communicate with my team again.
