Today in Royal Match, I received an unfair chat ban after a disagreement with another player in the team chat. The other player used a phrase that translates to something like “the team of people who talk nonsense.” In response, I simply wrote, “If I’m annoying, then you talk sense.” I did not use profanity, insults, or any harsher language, yet I was immediately banned from the chat.
I believe this penalty is excessive and unfair given what I actually said. I also do not know how to file an appeal in-game or through another channel, so I have not been able to formally contest the ban. I request that my chat history be reviewed and that the chat ban issued for this specific incident be removed.
I respectfully ask that the necessary review be conducted and that the chat restriction on my account be lifted.
