About five months ago, I received a team chat restriction in Royal Match without any reason being provided. During this time, I had to stop playing the game because I did not understand what I was accused of or why I was being punished.
I previously submitted support requests through in-game notifications, but not only did I receive no response, I was also blocked from creating additional help requests. As a result, I was unable to appeal or even learn the reason for the restriction.
Since I do not believe I violated any rules, I request that the unjust team chat restriction on my account be lifted and that my account be restored to normal functionality.
