Royal Match Blocked My Chat and Help Section — Requesting Account Recovery

I have been playing Royal Match on my Redmi Poco X3 device for about 4 years. Two months ago, I received an in-game message saying “Your chat has been restricted”, and since that day, I have been unable to use the chat feature. In addition, my access to the help section is also blocked. These issues have been ongoing, and I can no longer access my account properly. My user ID is YD634K7.

I have not yet contacted the support team, but I don’t want my 4 years of progress and effort in the game to go to waste. I request that my account access and chat features be restored as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved quickly.
