Royal Match Won't Remove My One-Year Chat Ban

I have been dealing with a chat ban in Royal Match for about one year, and it has significantly affected my experience with the game. My account is linked to my Google account, and I have invested a great deal of time and effort into reaching a high level. Because of the chat restriction, I can no longer use the in-game chat features or participate in chat-related events and rewards, which has taken away an important part of the game.

When I contacted customer support, I received vague responses suggesting that the chat ban might be permanent, but I was never given a clear explanation. Even after an entire year, nothing has changed, and I still have not received a detailed reason for the restriction or any information about whether it will ever be lifted. After spending so much time building my account, I do not want to delete it simply because I cannot communicate with my team.

I respectfully ask the Royal Match team to review the chat restriction placed on my account, "otoriter," once again. I would appreciate a clear and transparent explanation of why the ban was issued, whether it has a specific duration, and whether it can be removed. If possible, I kindly request that my chat privileges be restored so I can fully enjoy the game again.
