Royal Match Chat Locked for Two Weeks: Request to Restore Chat Access

I am an active Royal Match player and my in‑game chat has been locked for about two weeks. I am very surprised by this situation because I do not write abusive, spam or useless messages in the chat. My user ID is 39YR8*** and my username is “King is Back”. I play on a Moto G22 device via Google Play. I do not know the reason for this restriction and I have not received a clear explanation in the game. I kindly request that my chat be checked again, the restriction be removed if there is no valid reason, and my chat access be unblocked.
