Royal Match Blocked My Comments Without Warning — Need Reactivation

I play Royal Match on Android, linked to my Facebook account, and I’ve been playing for over six months. I’m part of the team called “mekandayız”, but I recently noticed that I can’t post comments and have apparently been restricted. I never received any warnings or notifications, nor did I get any emails explaining the reason for this block.
To solve the issue, I deleted and reinstalled the game, contacted the support team through the help section, and also sent an email. My teammates have tried to help as well, but we haven’t been able to get any results. My account information is as follows: User ID: 2YADLA5R.
I would like to know the reason why I can’t comment and when this restriction will be lifted. I also request that my commenting feature be reactivated so I can communicate freely within my team again.
