Royal Match Chat Ban Has Lasted Nearly a Year

I have had a chat ban in Royal Match for nearly a year. I enjoy playing the game and play regularly, but being unable to use the chat feature has significantly reduced my enjoyment of the game.

Before I received the chat ban, I was only having normal conversations and did not use any insults, profanity, or inappropriate language. Despite this, I was given a chat ban without being clearly informed of the specific reason for the restriction.

I request that the reason for my chat ban be reviewed and that the restriction be removed if it was applied unfairly. I would also like my account to be reviewed and the chat feature restored so that I can use it again. In particular, I ask that this long-standing restriction be reconsidered and my chat ban removed.
