Royal Match Chat Ban Applied Without Warning

While playing Royal Match, I was chatting with my friends in my clan when I received what I believe was an unfair chat ban. After this action was taken approximately 15 days ago, I noticed when I logged into the game that I could no longer use the chat feature, and I believe the ban may have been applied permanently.

If I unknowingly used a word during the conversation that may have been considered inappropriate, I want to emphasize that it was not intentional and that I will not use such language again. I do not consider it fair to be completely banned from chat without receiving any warning or being clearly informed of the reason for the restriction.

I no longer have screenshots because I also left my clan, but I request that my account be properly reviewed, that my chat history be checked, and that the chat ban be removed. At the very least, I ask that the penalty be limited to a specific period and changed to a temporary restriction, with clear information provided to me about the reason for the ban.
