Unfair Chat Restriction in Royal Match — Asking for Ban Removal

I play Royal Match on my iOS device under the username “dltn bahtiyar.” Since March 2024, I have been banned from using the in-game chat feature. I believe this restriction was caused by my nephew, who was using my phone at the time and may have used a prohibited word in chat. However, I never received any warning or notification when the ban was applied, and I was not even on the device at that moment.

My chat restriction has never been lifted since March 2024, and I can no longer communicate with my friends and fans in the game. I have not made any in-game purchases, and there are no other restrictions on my account.

I kindly request that my chat ban be reviewed and lifted, as this situation has been ongoing for months and affects my overall gaming experience and communication.
