Request to Restore Royal Match In-Game Chat
For the past 3–4 months, I have been unable to send messages in the in-game chat section of Royal Match. I believe I received a chat restriction because I unknowingly used an inappropriate expression, and since that time, I have not been able to send any messages at all.
During this period, I did not submit a request through in-game support or via email, but I would now like this issue to be resolved. I request that my account be reviewed, that my unintentional mistake be taken into consideration, and that my in-game chat restriction be lifted.
I would like to use the chat feature again and enjoy the game as I did before. I am willing to provide additional information if necessary, and I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed and that I receive a response.
Progress
I have been making in‑app purchases for a long time as part of the card event in Royal Match. Recently, especially since yesterday, I have spent over ₺1,000, and in total I have paid roughly ₺15,000 in‑game. After all these expenditures, I am missing only one gold card, but no matter how much I spend, that final gold card never arrives. The reward period specified for the event ends tomorrow morning, and because of this I am suffering both a time loss and a grievance regarding the large amount I have spent. I request that Royal Match support review my account, identify the missing final gold card, and ensure I receive the reward I am entitled to from the event.
