Royal Match Chat Feature Blocked for Four Months

I have been dealing with a chat ban in Royal Match for approximately four months. I play the game on my Redmi 13 5G using an account named "Ali." I can use the game normally, but I am unable to access the chat feature.

I was informed that I received a warning for "inappropriate chat," but I did not argue with anyone or engage in conversations involving insults or profanity in the game. Despite this, a long-term, seemingly permanent chat restriction has been placed on my account, which has significantly reduced my enjoyment of the game.

Since I did not engage in any profanity, insults, or malicious behavior, I request that the chat ban on my account be reviewed again. I would like this restriction, which I believe was unfairly applied, to be removed and the chat feature restored to my account.
