Royal Match Appeal to Remove Permanent Chat Ban

In Royal Match, the account with the username “Büşra” has had its chat feature permanently banned for about a year. I can still log into the game, but I cannot participate in the chat, send messages, or communicate with my friends.

Before the permanent ban, I received three warnings related to chat behavior. However, it was never clearly stated that these warnings could result in a permanent chat suspension. If I had known that such a severe penalty was possible, I would have been much more careful with my messages. Now, when my friends write something in the game, I cannot respond, and this situation is genuinely frustrating.

I respectfully request that the permanent chat ban on my account be reviewed, lifted if possible, or at least reduced to a temporary restriction. I am fully willing to comply with the rules going forward and would like to be able to use the chat feature again.
