Royal Match Restricted My Team Chat Access Unfairly

I play Royal Match on the Android platform. Yesterday evening, less than 24 hours ago, my access to the team chat was suddenly restricted without any prior warning. I received a message stating that I had violated the game's Terms of Service, but I had only been having normal conversations with my teammates. I honestly do not remember exactly what I wrote, and I was not intentionally trying to break any rules.

If I accidentally violated a rule without realizing it, I sincerely apologize. I had no bad intentions and would never knowingly post anything inappropriate. After the restriction was placed on my account, I tried to contact in-game support or customer service to explain the situation and appeal the decision, but I could not find any way to speak with a real representative. As a result, I have had no opportunity to explain what happened or request a review of my case.

I am currently pregnant, and this game is one of the few ways I relax and enjoy my time at home during the day. Chatting with my teammates has become an important part of that experience, so losing access to the team chat has been genuinely upsetting. I respectfully ask that my account and chat history be reviewed again and that my team chat restriction be removed if possible. I would greatly appreciate a fair review and the opportunity to continue enjoying the game with my friends.
