Royal Match Review My Chat Ban and Restore Access
In Royal Match, I received a chat ban even though I never chatted with any team, never wrote to any player, and never posted any messages in the chat. My account is registered with k*************@gmail.com, and I have been unable to use the chat feature for about a week.
When I contacted the support team, they told me I had violated the “inappropriate language rules.” However, when I checked my account, there were no visible messages in the chat section—not even the very first message I sent when I created the account. There was no conversation that could have disturbed other members or violated any rules.
I believe it is unfair to receive a chat ban without any written evidence or concrete explanation. I request that the Royal Match team review the chat restriction placed on my account and remove this ban, which I believe was issued unfairly.
