I bought the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra on December 13, 2024, spending a significant amount—₺ for what I believed was a top-tier robot vacuum. Now, just 5 months later, I'm already dealing with a serious issue: Error 56.

I followed all the instructions provided to fix the error, but nothing worked. There’s no hair, debris, or visible obstruction anywhere, yet the device remains non-functional. This is incredibly frustrating for such a high-end product, especially one that’s only been used for a few months.

Even worse, after checking online, I realized I’m not alone—many other users are complaining about the same Error 56 problem. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated issue and should not be ignored.

Roborock, you need to address this immediately. I expect a permanent fix or a product replacement. I didn’t pay a premium price for a machine that breaks down this quickly. Your customers deserve better support, and I demand that you take this recurring issue seriously and resolve it now.
