I bought a pair of suede Puma sneakers from the In Street store inside Torium Mall about three months ago. I was only able to use the shoes for about one month. The cream-colored sneakers quickly turned brown, experienced severe discoloration, and the material hardened. At this point, the shoes are completely unwearable, and despite trying to clean them, they cannot be restored in any way.

I sent the product in for inspection, but my request was rejected with the explanation that “no manufacturing defect was found.” I do not believe this kind of rapid discoloration, complete color damage, and hardening of the material is caused by user error, and I do not accept this response.

For this reason, I am requesting either a refund or a product replacement for these defective shoes.
