I used PDFAid once and they subscribed me without permission — how can I cancel it?

When you use PDFAid only once and they activate a subscription without your permission, it’s best to cancel it immediately and request a refund.

• Log in to your PDFAid account and go to “Billing” or “Subscriptions” to cancel the auto-renewal. Save the confirmation as a PDF or screenshot.
