I Want a Refund for the Unauthorized Pdfaid Subscription Charge

I purchased a subscription through Pdfaid for approximately $2. On March 9, the approximately $2 payment was correctly charged to my card, and I approved that transaction. However, on March 16, approximately thirty minutes ago, another charge of approximately $31 was processed from my card without my knowledge or consent.

I made these payments using my İş Bankası card. As soon as I noticed the unauthorized charge, I immediately canceled my subscription and also contacted Pdfaid by email to report the situation. Despite this, I never approved the approximately $31 charge taken from my card, and I absolutely do not accept this transaction.

I request that Pdfaid refund the full approximately $31 amount withdrawn from my card without my permission as soon as possible.
