Pdfaid Charged My Card Twice Without Permission After a One-Time PDF Service

I made a payment of approximately $2 through Pdfaid for a one-time PDF conversion service. However, after this transaction, two additional charges of approximately $31 each were withdrawn from my credit card on 02/04/2026 and 02/27/2026 without my knowledge or consent, resulting in a total unauthorized charge of approximately $62.

I had only paid for a single one-time service. I was never informed about any subscription being started, nor did I approve any recurring charges or additional payments in these amounts. I demand that these unauthorized charges totaling approximately $62 be canceled immediately and fully refunded to me.

In addition, I request the complete cancellation of any membership, subscription, or recurring payment associated with my name or credit card through Pdfaid. I also demand that no further unauthorized charges be made to my card under any circumstances in the future.
