PDFAid Charging Monthly Without Authorization, Cancel Account

I am writing to demand that the account in my name with PDFAid be cancelled immediately, as I have been charged every month for something I never authorized or used. I live in Bismarck, ND, USA, and the name on the bank account being charged is Tamara and Keith M***. For the last 10 to 12 months, approximately 50 dollars has been withdrawn from my bank account every month by PDFAid. I have never knowingly opened an account, subscribed to any service, or used your platform in any way. I only recently managed to identify that these withdrawals are connected to PDFAid, after being confused and frustrated for months about who was taking this money. I have already contacted my bank about these unauthorized withdrawals, but the charges have still continued, and I am extremely unhappy and have lost my patience with this situation. I insist that you immediately cancel and permanently close any account or subscription linked to my bank details to stop any further withdrawals, and confirm that no additional money will be taken from my account. I also request that you review your records and provide a clear explanation of why these charges were made without my explicit consent. I expect a prompt response and a swift resolution so that I can focus on my work without worrying about ongoing unauthorized charges.
