PDFAid Charged My Card Without My Consent

I used the website pdfaid.com by purchasing what I understood to be a 7‑day subscription for temporary use only. On 23 May 2026, my Meezan Bank debit card was charged 12,538.81 PKR by pdfaid.com without my clear consent for any ongoing or additional payment beyond the 7‑day use I intended. My only purpose was to use the service for 7 days, and I did not knowingly agree to any recurring or extra charges. After seeing this unexpected amount on my account, I contacted my bank, Meezan Bank, but I was told that since my card details were in the system, they could not do anything about the transaction. I also contacted pdfaid.com and requested a refund, but my request was refused. I find this situation unacceptable and I do not think such a high charge, taken in this way, is fair or transparent. I request a full refund of the 12,538.81 PKR that was charged to my Meezan Bank debit card and the complete removal of my card details from the pdfaid.com system so that no further charges can be made.
