PDFAid Charged 49 Euros Without Permission After A One Time Payment

February 5 9:08 PM154

On February 3rd 2026, I paid a one-time fee of €0.95 to use PDFaid’s PDF conversion service with the email address joackim.d***@gmail.com. However, on February 5th, 2026, an additional €49 was withdrawn from my CMB bank card without my permission or knowledge. I did not start any subscription, nor did I receive any notification or confirmation message regarding such a charge. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I find this transaction misleading and damaging to user trust. I have not received any response yet, and this situation makes me feel unsafe about using your services. I request an immediate full refund of the €49 that was wrongfully withdrawn from my account and a clear written explanation of how this charge was made without my consent, so that I can regain confidence that such an incident will not occur again.
