Pdfaid Charged ₦56,000 Without Consent After One-Time Payment

I am writing regarding an unauthorized subscription charge made by Pdfaid on my account and to request a full refund. On 19/01/2026, I made a one‑off payment to use the PDFaid PDF converter tool, clearly intending it as a single transaction and not a recurring subscription. However, on 26/01/2026, I was shocked to see an unauthorized deduction of fifty‑six thousand naira (₦56,000) from my account. I did not at any point authorize a subscription or recurring payment to Pdfaid. The deduction of ₦56,000 is a significant amount for me and is part of what I depend on for my livelihood. The card used for this transaction ends with the digits 8770. After noticing this charge, I contacted Pdfaid support, but so far, I have not received any response. I kindly request that this unauthorized charge of ₦56,000 be refunded to my account as soon as possible and that any subscription linked to my details or card ending in 8770 be cancelled immediately so that no further charges are made without my explicit consent.
