PDFAid Unauthorized Subscription Fee

I recently discovered that a subscription was started with Pdfaid in my name without my permission, and 445 Rs was deducted from my account on 16th August. I did not knowingly subscribe to any paid plan, nor did I authorize this payment. Since this transaction was made without my consent, I request that my subscription be immediately cancelled and that the full amount of 445 Rs be refunded to my account. I can provide screenshots of my bank statement or any other proof of this charge if needed. I expect Pdfaid to investigate this unauthorized transaction, stop any further charges and confirm the cancellation and refund in writing as soon as possible.
