PDFAid Charged My Credit Card for Unauthorized Auto Renewal
I am writing regarding an unwanted automatic payment to PDFAID. On February 2nd, 7,699 yen was charged to my credit card ending in 1810 as an automatic renewal, even though I did not apply for or request any continuation of the service. I tried to cancel, but the subscription continued, and the payment for 7,699 yen was processed. I only noticed this problem today, February 16, 2026. I have already contacted the relevant party, and I am currently waiting for a response. I request a full refund of 7,699 yen for this unauthorized or unintended renewal and confirmation that the automatic renewal has been completely canceled so that no further charges will be made to my card ending in 1810.
