I am filing this complaint regarding an unauthorized transaction carried out by PDFAid on my Yapı Kredi Bank debit card. On 17 April, an amount of 1,037.30₺ was withdrawn from my account without my consent or knowledge, and this transaction is associated with the reference/number 59402621. I contacted PDFAid customer service about this situation and stated that I did not approve such a transaction and had not knowingly made any purchase or subscription at this amount. However, despite my explanation, I was not given any effective assistance and the issue was not resolved. I request that the 1,037.30₺ withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi Bank debit card without my consent be fully refunded as soon as possible and that any possible ongoing subscription or payment instruction on my card be cancelled so that no similar unauthorized withdrawals occur again.
