I Want a Refund for the Unauthorized PDFAid Subscription Payment

On 03/30/2026, I purchased a one-month trial subscription through PDFAid using my Akbank Axess credit card for approximately $2. The initial approximately $2 charge was correctly withdrawn from my card in March, and I approved that transaction. However, on the very same day, March 30, I noticed that another charge of approximately $31 had been made from my card without my knowledge or consent. I absolutely did not approve this second payment and do not accept the transaction.

For the one-time approximately $2 purchase made on 03/23/2026, I was required to confirm the payment through an SMS verification process. However, for the approximately $31 transaction, money was withdrawn from my card without any additional approval or confirmation request being sent to me. This situation has seriously damaged my trust in the platform and the security of online payment systems. I also have transaction receipts and screenshots from the Akbank mobile application proving these payment activities.

After discovering the unauthorized approximately $31 charge, I contacted PDFAid and requested that my subscription be canceled. Despite this, I later received a notification stating that my subscription had only been “frozen” until May 30, meaning that not only was money withdrawn from my card without permission, but my membership was also not fully canceled according to my request.

For all these reasons, I demand that the approximately $31 withdrawn from my card without my approval be fully refunded to me as soon as possible, that my subscription be permanently terminated, and that all credit card information stored in PDFAid’s systems be immediately deleted for the protection of my personal and financial data.
