I Paid Once on Pdfaid but Later Faced an Unauthorized Charge

On 03/18/2026, I voluntarily made a one-time payment of approximately $2 through pdfaid.com. However, about one week after this transaction, on 03/25/2026, I noticed that an additional charge of approximately $31 had been made to my credit card without my knowledge, approval, or consent.

I had only approved the one-time payment of approximately $2 and did not start or authorize any subscription or recurring membership. I also never gave any permission whatsoever for the additional approximately $31 charge. I request that this unauthorized and unapproved payment be canceled immediately and that the approximately $31 be refunded to me in full.

If any subscription or membership was initiated in my name without my explicit permission, I also demand that it be canceled immediately and permanently.
