PDFAid Charges IDR 700,000 Hidden Subscription After One-Time Use

I was recently charged for an expensive subscription by PDFAid for IDR 700,000 even though I only used a small, one‑time service on your platform and did not intend to subscribe to any ongoing or premium plan. After noticing this unwanted charge, I immediately contacted your support team on 23 August 2026 and requested a full refund, as I never knowingly agreed to such an expensive subscription. However, I was informed that only half of the amount, IDR 350,000, would be refunded. I do not find this solution acceptable, because I did not intend to purchase this subscription and acted promptly as soon as I realized the charge. I kindly request that PDFAid refund the remaining IDR 350,000 so that I receive a full refund of the IDR 700,000 that was taken, and confirm that any related subscription has been fully cancelled.
