Free Fire MM9 Error Prevents Me From Playing Battle Royale and Lone Wolf

I play Free Fire on my iPhone on the Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) server and since today I can no longer play Battle Royale and Lonewolf modes on my account. When I try to enter these modes, I receive an error screen that says “ERROR – Corresponding player pool not found. Matchmaking failed. (MM9)” and I am unable to join matches normally. Today, some of my friends accessed my account and used a third‑party tool called “ProxyPin” without my permission. ProxyPin is a popular open‑source network traffic interception tool that some community members use to modify game data on iOS and Android devices. I did not personally use this tool or any other cheat or third‑party application on my own initiative, and I did not give permission for my friends to interfere with my account in this way. I feel very upset that my account now appears to be restricted even though I did not knowingly violate the rules. I kindly request that my account with UID 12623476724 and nickname “A43『B2GR』모” be checked in detail, and that any ban or restriction preventing me from accessing BR and Lonewolf modes be removed, so that I can continue playing Free Fire fairly and within the rules. Thank you in advance for your time and for reviewing my situation.
