Request For A Refund Of An Unconsented PDFAid Charge
I am writing regarding an uninformed subscription renewal charge made by PDFAID on my debit card issued in Nigeria. Today, an amount of ₦58,587.94 was debited from my account for a subscription renewal, which I did not knowingly start or authorize. The transaction reference on my statement is 534705996567, and this issue has been ongoing in the background for about three weeks without my awareness. After noticing the charge, I contacted PDFAID to ask for clarification. I was informed that this was a $39 charge for the start of a subscription, but I never subscribed to any such service or gave explicit consent for this payment. I consider this an unauthorized and uninformed charge on my account. I request a full refund of the amount debited and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to this transaction and to my card details. I also ask that my payment information be removed from your system so that no further unauthorized charges will occur.
