I Need a Refund for an Unauthorized Pdfaid E-Pos Charge

On 04/19/2026 at approximately 3:36 PM, an unauthorized transaction of approximately $32 was made from my Yapı Kredi Bank debit card with the description “Pdfaid e/pos.” I did not receive any verification or approval SMS regarding this transaction, and I do not have any subscription, membership, or connection whatsoever with a PDF-related service or website under this name.
As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted Yapı Kredi customer service and reported that the transaction did not belong to me. I was informed that a dispute record and complaint request had been created. However, despite this, the approximately $32 withdrawn from my account has still not been refunded. I want to clearly emphasize that this transaction was completed entirely without my knowledge or consent and is obviously unauthorized and suspicious. I do not accept any responsibility for this charge.
I request that this unauthorized transaction be thoroughly investigated as soon as possible, that the necessary checks regarding the security of my card information be carried out, and that my card be replaced if necessary. Most importantly, I demand that the approximately $32 taken from my account be fully refunded to me without delay.
