Toca Boca Keeps Crashing on iPad Air and Kicking Me Out

I have been playing Toca Boca on my iPad Air for about a week after downloading it for free from the App Store. However, over the past week, some of the free items have been missing from my in-game mailbox. Whenever I enter the game and tap anywhere or interact with any character, the game immediately crashes and kicks me out. As a result, I am also unable to organize my items. I tried contacting Toca Boca through the Bug Board and was redirected to a form, which I completed and submitted. Later, I was asked to fill out the same form again, so I submitted it a second time. However, I am worried that the same problem will continue to occur and that I will not receive a response. I really love this game and want to enjoy playing it without any issues. I kindly request that the necessary checks be performed to investigate the crashing issue and missing items on my iPad Air, that the game crashes be fixed, and that all the free items missing from my in-game mailbox be properly restored to my account.
