Unauthorized $23 Charge From Pdfaid for a Subscription I Never Approved
I noticed that $23 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent through Pdfaid. I previously used this site only for a one-time service or subscription. I absolutely did not approve any monthly or annual recurring subscription, nor do I recall agreeing to any automatic renewal.
This unauthorized charge was made on December 14, 2025, from my Ziraat Bank account. The only information I have regarding this transaction is the date and amount shown on my bank statement. I was not provided with any contract, approval screen, or authorization for recurring payments.
I request that the entire unauthorized $23 charge be refunded to my card, and that any subscription or membership that may appear under my name be canceled immediately. I also want to ensure that no similar charges occur in the future and that my card information is properly protected.
