Burger King Kids Meal Order Arrived Without Promised Toys

On Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at approximately 6:15 PM, we placed an order through Trendyol GO from the Burger King location at Rings Istanbul Mall. We ordered two 2-piece Chicken Kids Meals. Although we were entitled to receive a total of four toys with our order, the food was delivered without any toys.

We specifically chose the Kids Meals with toys for our children, but we have increasingly experienced this issue with this particular branch, which repeatedly fails to include the promised toys. If we had wanted meals without toys, we would have simply ordered regular meals. Despite specifically paying for Kids Meals that include toys, we are repeatedly being denied the items we are entitled to receive.

The order was placed through Trendyol GO under order number #11783392390, and we paid a total of $27. Despite the order being marked as fully delivered in the app's records, the children's toys were never delivered.

I request that all Kids Meal orders include the promised toys and that this particular Burger King branch be formally warned and subject to the necessary inspections to prevent this issue from happening again. I also request compensation by having the four missing toys from this order delivered to us.
